Wow, it’s been a long time since I last posted on here! We’re up to O now. We had our Winter Party recently for some children in the local area, and we sang a song about obedience. Obedience in doing what our parents say, but we also talked about obedience in doing what God wants. For example, in John 13:34, we are told to “love one another”. The song I mentioned says that ‘obedience is the very best way to show that you believe’. Often, it is our actions that show Christ in us; and we can do this by loving one another. It might sound patronising, but even when we’re older in work or university, we can still act in petty ways. That’s not loving, and is not a good testimony. Through our obedience to God’s will, we can show our faith, and be a testimony to others.
